I went to the Daytona Beach Volusia square store for an eye examination. A staff took me to an exam room and asked I sit on a stool and look into a machine - and walked out. She returned a few minutes latter and after completing the first test, asked I look into another machine. She didn't like the images she got on her screen and each time blamed me for blinking and got irritated when I said I hadn't. At that point I walked out. I then got an appt at the Target Optical where I received optimal service from the staff, the optician, and the manager. I highly recommend it.

My brother and I had the pleasure of dealing with the Hunt Valley store today and specifically, Megan Block the asst. mgr. Megan was not only very knowledgeable about the product my brother needed, but went above and beyond with her patience and kindness. It really meant a lot. Thank You

Great selection of name brand frames and sunglasses, very nice and courteous staff that answered all my questions clearly and easily. Lens Crafters are the best!

They don't even get 1 start but it is required so I'm leaving. Because this whole outfit sucks. Do not and I repeat, do not purchase from LensCrafters online. if you ever have a problem, you cannot get in touch with anyone although they are there every step of the way when you're purchasing and buying but after you buy you get no attention at all when somethings wrong! And if you ever take it into a store, they will never give you the same attention that they give the people that buy in the store. I see the online sales are cheaper than in the store and the people in the stores obviously are not making any money so with that being said, when you show up with the online order, they just throw you to the side. And if you ever have a problem, they say there's nothing they could. Do you gotta go online. I paid for the warranty and extended coverage on my lenses and frames but when I had a problem, I could not get anyone to help me in the store they keep telling me to call online but there's not even an outlet for it online. There's no one to call there's no one to talk to. And in the store they say they don't have anything to do with it other words it's not our problem you did it online. You didn't do it in this store and that's the story that I got so I would never ever purchase from them again I just paid the money for extended coverage because I was unable to get it serviced, and they let it lapsed until it was unable to even be done. so please do not order from they are garbage, I repeat they are garbage! Horribly late on sending sunglasses out. They were not even shipped until 3 weeks AFTER their original stated estimate date.

Long story short, I had my prescription sunglasses for 7+ years and I wanted to get new ones. I finally ordered a pair online after having tried them on in-store (I was traveling and didn't have my prescription on me) and was anxiously awaiting for them to come in. When they finally did, they were damaged (WAH!) and I was so bummed. I wasn't sure what the process would be, but after reaching out to them, they quickly got on making a replacement pair. Still waiting for them to ship it out, but so stoked on the excellent customer service. Would 10/10 recommend.
