Awesome make and ship speed, I had my order in my hand in six days.

I had a previous really bad experience with Lenscrafters but I was invited back after they had "cleaned house" and made lots of changes & I HIGHLY recommned going to the Lenscrafters in Parkway Plaza! The staff was wonderful & very helpful, the new Dr. was VERY good! He explained everything, even explaining to me that I had cataracts which the previous Dr. had never even said anything about. He was very thorough with the exam and answered all my questions. The staff was very nice and a lady named Tracy who was SO kind and patient when there was a problem with my insurance. We made calls & tried to straighten it out but it turned out my insurance had made changes that I was not notified of. Tracy was so patient & said I could use my AAA card discount which I was VERY happy with. They also gave me a name of a Dr. for the cataracts which was close by. I highly recommend the Lenscrafters in Parkway Plaza in El Cajon. I will be going back when it is time for my next checkup. ANYONE who had gone before & like me had a negative experience, Please give them a try again. I was very happy I did! Cheryl Silveira-review

Easy to navigate the web site and find what I needed to purchase my glasses

I felt like I was being scolded by the doctor who seemed tense and I am 37 years old. The doctor told me if I don't drink more water I "could get an eye infection," causing her to "have to figure out how to treat it." Excuse me? You are lucky I am alive so you can tell me I am dehydrated in the first place. Maybe next time I will go somewhere else.

It was easy to find my glasses, also easy to use insurance.
