I never received my glasses....
I never received my glasses that I was charged $91 for. It took over a month and it landed in my city and just stayed in the post office. Really upsetting.

Never received
I never received my package, but was helped with a refund after I emailed them. Thank you for the refund but I wanted the glasses :/

The package arrived on time and the content inside was up to my standards, plus the cute keychain!I would recommend lensalter for buying glasses!

i waited for weeks because i am in the…
i waited for weeks because i am in the US and the company is in the UK, so i was patient and didnt mind waiting for cute glasses, but my tracking code said it was a few states away from me and should arriving in a few days, i get an email that im being refunded. Yes, i dis get refunded thats why i chose 2 stars and not one, however, it was very unexpected and in the email they sent they gave me zero information on why it couldnt be delivered. I had to send an email to ask why, and they responded with one line- “Hi, the order cant be delivered.” Thats it. Very disappointed because i wanted the glasses really bad and spend good money on them. I did get a refund but i am still disappointed in general.

I was not able to receive my glasses
I was not able to receive my glasses as they were held in California as “contraband”, so USPS refused to ship it to my state, I never received the glasses that I looked forward to.
