Never received my glasses
Never arrived and was only offered a refund. While im happy with the quick refund to resolve the issue i really wanted then product that I ordered and would've rathered an offer to reship instead.

Like scam never received the glasses
Like scam never received the glasses, they charge the money supposed sent it. The package run all over USA but never arrived, like the tracking said, i think they manipulated that so you can see like they shipped but never get to you.

My package was supposed to be express…
My package was supposed to be express shipping, took 2 months for usps to mark my package as "counterfeit" and confiscated it. I have no idea how the glasses were or if I was given legitimate merchandise.

I ordered some prescription glasses from this…
I ordered some glasses from this company and they were shipped to my state but never delivered to me. They left my state went to Indianapolis and I never received them and it took over a month and a half for them to decide that they were lost in transit, but customer service I had to reach out to them via messaging and I gave pictures showing them the tracking of the package and they were very quick to issue me a refund because I never received the merchandise which was really Nice . However I did need my glasses and did not receive so that’s why I said number two stars

USPS let me know the reason I wasn't…
USPS let me know the reason I wasn't allowed to receive my glasses from your company was because your company used a copied and already used postage stamp.

Horrible experience, and still no glasses that I can use
I have never been more disappointed with a company in my whole life. After ordering from lensalter in early September, I never received my item. I was able to overlook that and request the same pair of glasses for no charge. Mind you when I ordered these, I paid extra for expedited shipping. They never came, and I did not receive any messages regarding the issue until I reached out. They made me a new pair, in which after another MONTH of waiting, I finally received them today. I was so excited as these glasses are absolutely stunning, unfortunately the prescription must not be made correctly, as I cannot see through these at all!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS!
