So sorry to hear that we were unable to complete your order. The vast majority of frame brands and styles are eligible for lens replacement, but there are some that are either not designed to have the lenses removed at all or are too delicate to have the job done. This information can be found on our website: https://www.lensabl.com/lens-replacement-eligibility RESPONSE: If your frames are missing something that is required to complete the order (such as demo lenses if needed), we cannot make new lenses.
