Lensabl lost my frames, delivered the wrong lens type, and then gave me a ton of runaround to get it all fixed. I ended up with different frames since they could not be replaced. I had been a customer for several years but have moved on after this terrible experience.

Typo erro on mailing address caused the usps to return glasses back to sender then lost package in Colorado finally corrected and sent to proper address. Created such a delay and after all that the prescription is wrong did not receive the correct prescription from the eye Doctor im out $277.00 😢
