ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! SEND EMAIL ,GET ONE BACK SAYS THEY ARE WORKING ON IT ??? 10 DAYS LATER SAME THING .NO PHONE TO CALL ANYONE !!....$450 never again ...never , never !!!!

While I have purchased lens replacements previously, and they turned out fine, my last pair went totally wrong. The right lens is same as is always was, but the left one is way way off. I contacted customer service and they told me the perscription was fill correctly.... without even offering to let me return so they could examine them. When the Lensabl process works, it's ok, but if there's any issue, DO NOT expect any support from customer service - basically you are stuck. BUYER BEWARE.

Excellent service!!!! I sent my prescription in and received a reply immediately. Once I took care of the situation and sent the proper correspondence I received my order right away.

Found some frames I absolutely loved and they offered prescription glasses. This was done through Lensabl. It was an easy process that was done pretty accurate and surprisingly fast. It would have only been better if I was able to send a picture of me wearing the frames. But regardless they came pretty darn accurate and I’m impressed with the quality so far.

Great service and great people. Order took longer than expected, but result was worth keeping a favored frame.

Well I ask for reading glasses but I enclosed a copy of my prescription you asked for. Since I just had my cataracts removed you used the prescription and gave me glasses that have same prescription as my eyes NOT reading lenses.

This is my second pair of lenses purchased from Lensabl - i'm very pleased with both the prescription accuracy and the clarity and durability of the coatings... Gave 4 stars because - there's always room for improvement...
