They lost the original lenses of my new $575 Fendi frames and then when putting in the new lenses they bent my new glasses frames and sent me the wrong lenses. I am out not only the $575 for my broken frames, but the almost $500 I paid them for lenses. BEWARE

Everything was great except for delivery service. UPS lost my package and that was a headache.

Once I got through the preliminary issues of sending my contact Rx to you via a picture, which I sent several times, you finally received a copy you could read. I did receive my contacts though via mail and all was good. I had gone through the VA online store before and this was different.

My glasses came out just as I was hoping they would. I sent the frames in and my finished glasses were returned to me in less than 2 weeks.

This is my second time using Lensbl,and I have no complaints, the services rendered are done in a timely manner .

Ordered progressive lenses before from this company a few years ago with no issues. Due to a slight change in my prescription, I ordered new lenses, this time paying nearly double for a premium lens. The new ones that arrived did not allow me to read anything without physically lifting the frames upward to my forehead. I contacted Lensabl and they offered to redo the lenses, so I sent them back along with another photo. a couple of weeks later, I received the lenses back. No change. They are the same lenses with the same issue. I wasted nearly $600 as they don't do refunds but their lab can't seem to get it right. Never again.

Everytime I order glasses they are perfect. So much faster and easier than going to my eye doctor.
