The interface between Goodr and Lensable doesn't work well. I ordered Goodr frames with prescription lenses. Did not get the right frame. Sent them back after numerous attempts to talk to a customer service dept. (You cannot talk to anyone) Finally I asked if they would just make the prescription in my own Goodr frames, which they did, but they didn't then refund the cost of the frames I purchased.

My experience with Lensabl was fairly good. I ordered contact lenses from them on Friday and got a confirmation email. I waited several days and did not get any shipping confirmation, so I reached out using their Live Chat Support on Zendesk, and the agent was super helpful and got me my tracking number. The lenses arrived in good time and matched my prescription, so no issues there. I also tried signing up to create an account but never received an email to complete it. So aside from these issues it was a fairly positive experience.

Customer service was excellent. They even noticed that my rx was for progressive lenses but that I had order single-vision and checked with me to make sure they'd done it right. It didn't take too long to get my glasses, on par with ordering from a local store pretty much. The only thing I didn't like was that the ears of the frames were somehow too wide. I like goodr because of how they immediately fit my head and don't slide down my nose, but these didn't "hug" my head and slid down right away. I was able to fix the frames

I have renewed three sets of glasses from Lensabl and everytime, I have been so pleased with the results. Most recently, I sent in a pair of my favorite glasses that I've had for a few years. They were worn and I honestly was not sure if these old frames were worth renewing. I got them today and they didn't just replace the lenses, they tightened up the hinges which made them feel brand new again! I appreciated that they went above and beyond by paying attention to this detail that I didn't think about. Keep your old glasses that you love instead of spending hundreds getting a new pair. The process is quick and the turn around takes a week. It's so worth it.

Great communication along the process (which took just over 2 weeks overall, so not bad at all considering shipping USPS both ways) and the new lenses in my gently used frame I sent in were perfect.

GARBAGE PRODUCT! I spent several hundred dollars getting prescription lenses put in my Hobie Bayside frames. I have stored these glasses in proper holder wrapped in supplied microfiber cloth in a dry cool area of house. They are only used for beach and boating. Have probably been worn less that 75 times. The UV / Anti scratch coating is rubbing off of the lenses making them impossible to clearly see through. Because they are over 1 year old Lensabl refuses to make it right but instead is offering 25% off to purchase another bad product that will not last. I have 2 other prescription sunglasses from other companies that are used daily and they do not have this problem

I love my new glasses!! The lenses are trendy and it’s great to be reunited with my favorite vintage frames. Now I can see both far and near. The packaging for my new glasses was very good and a case was provided. The only negative was the communication was lacking. I only knew what was going on when I reached out to your company. I felt a little uneasy not knowing if my Yves Saint Laurent frames actually made it to your facility. So I took one star away for lack of updates. Maybe that’s cause the shipping was ground. I would prefer next time a better shipping option.
