I placed my order in January and I just received the last item. I had even forgotten about it, it's been so long. It was a ruffly hat/turban that was not at all like pictured. There was a huge string hanging off it. I threw it straight in the trash. If you're on the fence about trying this site, skip it... not worth the try.

Looking at all these reviews I wish I didn’t order. I was given a tracking link and it says there’s no order found. I want my money back and they won’t answer my email.

Not happy with this website! Cheap quality, takes a month and half to receive partial order and customer service is slow. Seems they refuse refunds

I ordered over a month ago and have not received anything yet. I have tried emailing them twice and have not received a response. My baby has grown so much in the last month I doubt these clothes are even going to fit him anymore. All of the other companies I regularly buy baby clothes from usually ship within a couple days of ordering. For example I ordered from old navy LAST NIGHT and it shipped less than 12 hours later. I would at the very least expect Lenny Lemons to respond to my emails. At this point I don’t even want the merchandise, I just want my money back. Edit: they replied to this review (below) asking me to send an email. But I’ve sent 3 that they have not replied to. What is sending yet another going to do? How about you just reply to the ones I’ve already sent? This is getting ridiculous.

Liars! Stay away. They take advantage of people. I ordered masks for my daughter during the pandemic and they sent me fake tracking information. They kept responding to my emails letting me know my package was on the way and when I would track the number they gave me it would say it was never received. Do not buy from them! It's a fraudulent business

LESS THAN 1 STAR. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is such a scan and does not ship the product you ordered, does not respond to messages and does not have a customer service phone number- SUCH A SCAM that I am making it my personal GOAL TO POST A BAD REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN SO OTHERS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I want my money back and I have gone to my bank to dispute and reverse the charges as these scammers have not responded to 10 emails from me requesting tracking info, order status and now requests for refund. SHAMEFUL.

I placed an order back in January. I totally understand we have a current pandemic. But when reached out to customer service about my items I was given a very short answer saying my items were on the way. Its April 20th. I have recieved a few things of my 200 dollar order here and there but still missing 3 outfits and 2 of 9 outfits I ordered dont fit my baby cause it's taken so long.. so she never got to wear them and the quality of these clothes are crap. Waste of money and customer service is unhelpful.

So I found Lenny lemons while I was scrolling through my newsfeed on Facebook and was super excited to purchase a couple cute outfits for my baby girl. I made my purchase February 1st and my order came in March 16 and a few things were missing. I emailed customer service right away and “Jerome” replied to me and stated that they would reprocess my order and it would be delivered within 20 business days but generally would arrive faster and I would receive an email confirmation once they shipped the missing items. I have yet to receive a confirmation number and my items still haven’t arrived. I sent another email regarding my missing items and haven’t got a reply back and after reading all these bad reviews from customers getting scammed I realized that I won’t be getting my missing items either so I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow and next time I will definitely do my research before I purchase anything from these online boutiques.
