My order number is US48398. DATE I ORDERED 11-05-2021 HELPLINE 919-939-2544 I ordered a top and dress The top was ok but the dress was not like the image shorter than expected and a different material and the top that came with it was a thin net thing I WANTED TO RETURN IT FOR SO i contacted the customer was very helpful and the communication between the two of us was excellent. needed to do a return of all my items for a full refund and the online form was not working correctly to process it, so the agent was able to issue me a return label and start the process. Was very helpful and quick!!

Super cute but is not true to size. Ordered a 3t and it’s way too small :(( recommend going up a size or even two considering the arm straps can be tightened. A bonus but not when it’s to small. But for others, it looks 100% like shown in the pictures!

I’ve purchased several pieces from Lenny Lemons since my daughter was born. The first few purchases were hit or miss, some great quality pieces and some not so much. I decided I wanted to ensure my infant was wearing high quality fabrics so I put LL on pause for a bit. She’s a toddler now and I went back to try a few more pieces out and we couldn’t be happier. The shipping times have drastically improved, my items arrive in good condition, the pieces themselves are both adorable and at a great price point. Will definitely be trying out the infant options with baby number 2!

It took 3 weeks from the day I placed my order to the day I received my outfit (1/8 to 1/29), which is a very long time. The outfit that came is cute though. It does not have size labels in the clothes which is annoying, and I haven't put it on a baby to actually see if it is accurately sized. With all that said, the outfit looks like what I ordered and because I was not in a rush to get it, I am overall satisfied.

So cute, warm and stylish, but could use a little more support bottoms for shoes that are supposed to be hard bottoms for babies first walking shoes.

I ordered the Elsie dress for my daughter at the end of Sept. Due to the pandemic shipping took a long time but it eventually came. I had reached out to customer service on the delay and they responded right away. The dress is nice quality and very cute... but they sent the wrong size. I reached back out to customer service and right away they processed me another one. I'm giving the company the benefit of the doubt and hoping this is all due to what is going on in the world and hope for a better experience next time. Above all else though their customer service has been good!

Love the clothes! They are cute, exactly as depicted on the website, and seem like good quality. I can’t wait for my little girl to wear the outfits I purchased next year. The only reason I deducted a star is because it took over a month for them to be delivered, which was pretty frustrating, but I do appreciate the fact that customer service acknowledged this and reached out to me assuring me that my order was on its way. This was my first time ordering from the company, so I’m giving them the benefit of a doubt that this is not typical for them, so hopefully if I decide to order again in the future, I’ll receive my order in a more timely manner.

I thought the clothes I had bought were going to be that of a thicker material. These are really thin, but overall I think the quality is decent! We'll see how they hold up through several washes. The string on the pants of one of the outfits became frayed in the 1st wash so I just unstitched it. Might put a new string on later.
