There is no customer service you will not get a refund if requested and its been 5 months since I placed my order and received 1 out of 2 of the items and the quality is very China made what what you pay I should have just went to Target for the Girls's Swimsuits. - UPDATE: I did get a response from customer service after I left a response here - and did get a refund for my missing product now - probably still will not come back, do to kids just growing so fast you cant wait 6month every time you order something, for you just don't know if you will get it before your kids is already in the next size.

I saw an ad for a cute outfit on FB and thought the company looked legit. DONT BUY!!!!!! I ordered the clothes 2 months ago and give not received my items and have tried to get a refund. They will not answer customer service calls and send you falls shipping info. It’s sad that scam companies exist like this one. Especially during a pandemic.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I chose to order two outfits for my daughter from this website, and it has been a nightmare! Received “tracking info” for one item on 4/13 and it has never shipped or been updated since. No word on my other item. I emailed them on 4/20 for an undated and received nothing back. No response. I checked their website and called their number, which immediately sends you to a voicemail. I doubt very much I’ll get any kind of response. So disappointed with this experience and will be warning others not to shop this site.

SHADY COMPANY!!! Do NOT buy product from here!!! I had to file a claim with the BBB, which is still open. I went back and forth for a month about my missing N95 mask order. They refused to give me a refund at first. After much back and forth, they finally deemed the package lost in the mail and offered a refund (which I accepted). The next day they all of a sudden shipped me a package, but what I received was HALF of my order in a PREVIOUSLY OPENED PACKAGE that was resealed with a new shipping label! They haven't responded to my emails asking for a refund and where I've offered to return the masks sent, as I don't know if they're safe to use (since they were sent in tampered packaging). This company will SCAM you out of your money!!! Update: Lenny Lemons - per your response, I’ve been going back and forth with your company via email for a month. My last email asking for a refund and to return the tampered masks was sent to hello@lennylemons as well as hello@lennylemonsfactory. I got a bounce back from hello@lennylemons as your inbox is full and I haven’t received a response back from the other email. You should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming people, especially during this volatile time! My request for a full refund still stands... in your inbox.

Do not order from here! They will not answer me regarding details about my order. Keep telling me they are too busy but they lost my order. Sent wrong tracking. Then told me I should have received items but I didn’t and they won’t answer me now that I am owed a refund!

I wish I read reviews before ordering! I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and every time I click track my order each of my 6 items is separately coming, and one has been in transit for at least 3 weeks but no update. I email them, I don’t receive a response but every morning I have an email from them about new deals, and restocked items. I was really excited about the cute clothes I bought for my baby, and am really disappointed and at this point would just Like my money back.

Horrible company with terrible or nonexistent customer service. Ordered three months ago and company keeps saying it shipped months ago. USPS doesn’t even have a tracking number. I keep checking in and get no response or them saying it shipped when their site says it has not. It is infuriating. They also delete any negative comments from their pages so it is hard to get an accurate picture of the shadiness. Never again.

NOPE. Ordered ONE T-shirt in February messaged them when 3 weeks had gone by with no shipping info or anything. They responded to me on Instagram saying they assure me it’s coming, another 3 weeks go by I message again. This time they tell me my order was canceled and they’ll resubmit it. Cut to a day I message them AGAIN saying I’ve received NO SHIPPING INFO and they all of a sudden tell me it’s sold out!! This cannot be blamed on covid delaying things. This started way before there was an issue and I seriously doubt they would have ever said ANYTHING if I hadn’t messaged them again. Sorry company.
