Late, complicated and everything mails from China- I did not realize that everything came from China, and took 3 weeks to arrive. The clothing is super cute, though it takes forever, and nothing comes at the same time, so you have to wait for each separate item to arrive, making things so complicated for gift giving

If you want to spend a lot of money, wait 3 weeks for your items, have them all show up in the wrong size, not be able to read the labels because they’re in Chinese, and then not have anyone get back to you when you try to email them about it, then Lenny Lemons is the store for you. Oh, they don’t have a phone number so good luck.

Poor quality and poor customer service. Their clothes fall apart after one wash.

I ordered a couple baby outfits as a gift for my niece's newborn baby girl. It took well over a month to receive them. There were two stains on the one outfit. I could not get through to the company via phone so I did the online chat. They offered to replace the item and I told them I could not wait another month or so for the outfit since the baby was growing and would be to big for the outfit by the time it arrived. I asked for a refund & this is what they told me: The person on the chat was not helpful and proceeded to tell me that in order to return the item for a refund I would have to file a formal complaint along with paying for the shipping to return the damaged goods. Their clothes are shipped directly from China and lennylemons takes no responsibility whatsoever if they are stained/damaged. I would never recommend buying from this company

Ordered on 12/2/17 and have not received yet. It is now 1/4/18. I’m beginning to think this is a scam!
