I ordered an item for my grandson. Never received it. Tracking number does not work. Emailed and still waiting. Planning to file a complaint with BBB. I think they are scammers.

About four years ago I bought some things for my granddaughter from Lenny lemons. I loved my items then. Today I was shopping on their site, and was offered a 20% off my order so I created a account. I selected about $300 worth of merchandise, never received a 20% off code. So I called their customer service. She had me on the phone for 15 minutes and at the end of said call, I received no help at all but to send an email to their customer service. Total waste of my time. If I receive assistance from customer service in the next 24 hrs I will update my review.

I bought Rome Trend Jacket and it looks very cheap. Not even close to the picture on the web site. Now I want to return but I know it will not be as easy as any other brands which has a store or Amazon.

We brought kids winter coats and knitted clothing for my little boy. All were true to size and good quality. They looked just like the photos online and the website was easy to use.

Three stars for great customer service. They really did try to correct issues right away- there were just so many issues. I want to love them because the clothes are adorable, but cheaply made and the sizing was so inconsistent my little wasn’t able to wear anything. It either came too small or by the time it fit it was out of season. And shipping took a while. I think if they ever switch suppliers they would probably be a good place to order.
