I have paid money to this address for a shutter count on my camera and i didn't receive any information on it. Very annoyed !

I was genuinely excited to use Lemon Squeezy for my SaaS platform - a legally compliant, digital-only B2B service designed for property management companies. However, my store application was rejected without any meaningful explanation or opportunity to clarify what the service actually does. It’s clear the review was based on superficial keywords or assumptions (likely misinterpreting the platform as real estate-related), despite the fact that my product has nothing to do with renting or selling property. I don’t sell homes - I provide digital tools to companies. A simple glance at our documentation or website would have made this obvious. Extremely disappointed that such important decisions are made without context, communication, or a proper understanding of the product. I expected better from a Stripe-acquired platform.

It seems since they were bought by Stripe that their micro management has gotten awful. Take my words for this, you will most likely not be able to create a store here. They decline 90% of the stores which is basically shooting themselves in the foot because there's better other alternatives who don't even require you to submit your government ID. They're losing an unbelievable amount of market growth by simply refusing most digital goods and services. I repeat, do not bother trying to create a store here if you sell digital goods! I tried them out and they took 3 days just to decline our request without further information. Not providing further information as to why you get blocked is also a huge confirmation of how shitty this service is, good companies provide reasons as to why you got denied, you can only solve problems when you know what the problems are.

This seems to be a scam. They charged 2 $ for getting a translated document which I then never received. They wanted me to stop the Paypal issue which I have created afterwards. I asked them to send me my document, then I would stop the issue at Paypal. Instead of that they sent my 2 $ back. Edit: After some days they sent me a translated document. The quality was OK, not very good, but usable. Would be 3 stars but a fourth one for their efforts to send me the file.

Charged me through Paypal unknowingly -no purchase I received two Paypal charges from this company when I haven't purchased anything from them. They say it is a "subscription charge" . the page to look up the charge is invalid and of course no reply to my support request. I guess I'll have to go to my bank to try and get them blocked. I doubt I'll ever recoup the money. I don't know how this happened.

They let you sign up, choose the service/digital product you want to sell, upload company and private documents, connect a bank, and the they send you an email, "Sorry. we can not accept that service you want to provide." That page is a pure information scraping trap, nothing else!
