Very disappointed. I had high hopes going into the process, but it quickly turned frustrating. The staff member kept asking new and sometimes repetitive questions that didn’t seem to move things forward. I spent a significant amount of time providing information and clarifications, expecting that it would help my application progress. However, after all that effort, my application was still denied without any meaningful explanation. It felt like the process was unnecessarily dragged out, and my time was not respected. I would have appreciated clearer communication, more transparency about the requirements, and a more considerate approach overall. Do not even try to use Lemon Squeezy. Just move on to other platforms. Trust me when I say that it will save you a lot of wasted time.

Very bad customer service! Got transferred to multiple people they stopped replying after wasting round a month of my time. Cant Believe a reputed company behaves in this manner.

Stay away, stay away, just stay away... they will terminate your shop for selling digital e-books and say its a risk to their card processor...

I ordered a year subscription for nanobanana and they gave me the cheaper one but i paid for the expensive one So much less credits and way to much paid I paid much more than promised So watch out its a fraud

Avoid to all cost! Their pricing is attractive but their services and internal process is the worst thing you can come across. Their customer service refuse to explain why they make certain decision leaving you empty for guessing for various things.

I had a very bad experience with LemonSqueezy. When I signed up, they reviewed my business, told me it was low risk, and onboarded me without issues. After receiving payments from customers – for services I fully delivered – LemonSqueezy suddenly flagged my account for “alleged fraud.” They refunded my customers without any proper investigation and then closed my account. This left me without the money I had legitimately earned, even though I had done everything as agreed. To me, this looks like a full scam: they take your payments, then shut you down and keep you stuck with nothing. If you’re considering them, think twice – their “risk review” means nothing, and you may end up like me: out of pocket, with angry customers, and no way to recover your funds.
