I wasn't scammed in any way. I just really didn't like how they spent a week trying to approve my account. I tried to convince them by email and sent videos of my service in action. They only responded after a few days. I just got tired of it and used a different service. I don't recommend it.

Serious concerns have arisen with the verification process at Lemon Squeezy. The onboarding and verification steps are unclear, and requests for additional documentation often feel repetitive without clear justification. In some cases, accounts remain in pending status for extended periods with limited communication or updates from support. This lack of transparency and slow verification workflow creates unnecessary delays and makes the platform difficult to rely on for timely access and payments.

I would love to like but the estimed review times is really bad. I applied to the affiliate hub and i'm in review process for the last 14 days while the app still tells me that the review process is fast 1 to 2 business days. There is a lot of peoples who have the same issue as me with review process time. The service could be really great if thoses times were not so bad

Last year, I used Lemon Squeezy to generate revenue and kickstart my digital plugin business. However, after a few months, I started receiving random chargebacks from fraudulent sales, with random fake emails. Despite their claims of AI protection, nothing was effective in preventing these incidents. It appeared to be a form of carding attack, which Lemon Squeezy failed to mitigate. Ultimately, due to the losses incurred from transaction fees, I decided to leave the platform. Since switching to a different service, I haven't encountered any similar issues. They are offering good features but needs improved seller/checkout protection.
