I made numerous software sales through Lemon Squeezy, and didn't receive payments. I went online and there was some snafu that I was never notified about. I contacted "support" which you can only do via email, and no response. For days. Finally I got a response and the issue was eventually cleared up. LS really needs to get their act together. As it is, their credibility seems iff-y.

I have mixed feelings for Lemon Squeezy, hence 3 stars. Lemon Squeezy has easy-to-use platform and good help docs, both of which have made payments quite easy for my SaaS. I would have rated higher if I had less product defect and better customer support. Product defect - My business, Adzviser, has a monthly subscription model. There have been times when 3 of my customer get charged multiple times in 2 days. Although they fixed them on their day and refunded my customers, this problem has impacted the brand of my business a bit. Customer support - I believe that this is a growing pain for all startups. Their customer support is what drives me to write this review. In the past 14 days, I tried to reach out to their customer support on 3 different matters and haven't gotten back on any of them yet. So far I've tried to reach out to them separately on Twitter, their CFO Gilbert on LinkedIn, their support email. Even though I tried my best to address such issues, I believe that my questions and concerns have not been triaged yet. It's unfortunate Lemon Squeezy because I had higher hope for you guys.
