Le CreusetReviews of lecreuset.com

Worst customer service ever. Please don't order from here. With the amount of money they charge for there stuff, the customer service is unacceptable. If you want to waste your time and money only then order from here. I wish i could give negative rating

GO TO MARTHA STEWART. This was not intended to be a plug for Martha Stewart, but.. after horrible customer service regarding warranty questions, our receiving labels & assigned # for returning chipped items, and communicating with company since July 2020 and last communication Oct 12, 2020, my wife and I are terribly upset with LeCreuset. We followed instructions and returned three items for possible replacement. NO RESPONSE. Never will we consider LeCreuset cookware again. The Martha Stewart cast iron cookware purchased recently is just as good, if not better, than LeCreuset's. No stars rating is what is deserving of LeCreuset. What a disgrace for a company that charges so much for its cookware. Cannot tell you how terrible we feel about being ignored, ignored, ignored.

I hope we have the option to not put a star at all. Worst customer service experience of my life. Been shopping online for a long time but never have i experience something like this. Ordered nov 30. No confirmation or anything. I emailed got a reply that the items will ship bet dec 7-11. Its Dec 16 and still trying to get a response from them. Phew! For such an expensive brand customers expect a 5 star service !!!!!

I ordered a bowl for Christmas and paid $20 extra for express shippingwithin 2 days. After 3 days , no confirmation of order. So I called customer service. They do not pick up ecause of covid. WHAT? Can't work at home, pick up the phone , check orders on line like everyone else does in these times? Of course I did not get an answer. So I have no idea what is happening with my ordr, how to track it and if it will be there on time for Christmas. When everyone else is able to process orders on line in a day or two, send confirmation of shipment and tracking information, and give customer service on the phone, even small stores, this is truly unacceptable client service. I hope someone at le Creuset reads this review.

I purchased a dutch oven from Le Creuset on Nov. 24, 2020, and immediately received an order confirmation email. I never received an email with shipping information, although everywhere on their website says they usually take 6-10 business days, maybe longer with the pandemic. I sent in a customer support ticket almost 2 weeks later expecting a response within 72 hours (what was listed in the auto email I received from their online support service). 9 days later, STILL NOTHING. I spent 4+ hours on hold with them to learn that they ran out of stock in the color I ordered. There was no communication AT ALL from them about this. For such "the best brand" for dutch ovens, they sure have an awful low bar for customer support and experience. If you're really looking to buy a Le Creuset, buy one from William Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, or another place that has more reliable customer service. Le Creuset's was absolute crap.

Should get no stars. Have been waiting for customer service for 2 hours now. I have been “caller #3” for 40 minutes. I bought a $400 Dutch oven as a Christmas gift and have not received the item despite ordering it almost 3 weeks ago. This is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Returns are not being processed. They make it as difficult as possible to get you the return label to begin with. Then, after you finally receive it after several calls and then return your item, they will keep quiet after they received it. They do not respond to any inquiries via email. This appears to be a company that does not want to refund you the money, although they are contractually and legally obliged.

Would give 0 if possible. I have been trying to return an item for a full month now. I've called daily, over 45 minutes per call, I listen to the countdown of which caller I am, get to caller #1 and told the wait time is too long and to call again, disconnects. Have sent 8 emails. No response. This is a $687 piece of cookware I am unable to use. Totally unacceptable.
