This is a review of Le Creuset itself, not the outlet store. I was given a set of Le Creuset fry pans some years ago (no receipt) and the smallest pan's non-stick coating began to flake off. I contacted Le Creuset, filled out their online form for warranty claims and submitted 2 pics. The most I expected was a possible discount on a new purchase but the company sent me a new pan at no charge. Great brand, great customer service. Thank you Le Creuset!

I am absolutely appalled by the deceptive and fraudulent behavior of Le Creuset of America. They are currently holding both my returned merchandise AND my money ($639.86), while providing daily lies and shifting administrative excuses. My original order (#10998056) was misdelivered by UPS to a completely wrong address/door. Le Creuset explicitly admitted this delivery error in writing and authorized a replacement. However, due to severe delays, I requested to cancel the replacement and receive a full refund. They agreed, intercepted the package via UPS, and it was officially delivered back to their warehouse in Early Branch, SC, on October 8, 2026. Since October 8, their support agents (Alexis Ott and Megan Morris) have repeatedly lied to me. First, they confirmed in writing under RMA-152956 that the return was processed and the refund was fully initiated. When the money never arrived, a supervisor (Jessica Cope) stepped in on October 20 and admitted that the previous agents had misinformed me. She then tried to blame a "pending bank dispute" and invented a fake 45-day Mastercard hold policy to stall further. My bank (Capital One) has officially confirmed that Le Creuset's claims are an absolute lie and that the dispute has been cleared from their side. Le Creuset is knowingly engaging in unjust enrichment, withholding consumer funds for items they have already taken back into their physical inventory. I have officially filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB.org), the FTC, and the Attorney General’s Office. My attorney has been granted full access to this entire paper trail to initiate a formal lawsuit for consumer fraud. Do not trust this company. Their premium price tag comes with bottom-tier logistics and highly deceptive customer service.

Bought two ceramic non-stick pans. Followed all the instructions to the letter. Pans are unusable after only a few months. Contacted the NL customer service, which sent me eye opening instructions on how to clean the pans with warm water, but did not address any of the quality complaint. They advertise a 10 year guarantee, which is not really a guarantee unless it breaks in half I guess. So very poor quality for a premium price and appalling customer service when it comes to complaints about that poor quality.

Le Creuset is amazing. On Friday the 25th I find a chip in the enamal on the inside bottom of my almost 12 year old dutch oven that comes with a lifetime guarantee - yeah, right? On Friday October 2nd I have a brand new dutch oven on my doorstep. I can't believe how amazing a company this is! I have multiple cast iron pots by Le Creuset and I use them all the time and just love them.

My order arrived broken. I cut my finger when opening the package. I’m sure this is a common issue because they even have an option to choose when calling about a damaged item during shipment. Customer representative sounds like she’s sleeping when talking to me. I’m never paying again for a product from this company.

I purchased a Le Creuset kettle in October 2025 expecting the same quality and durability I have trusted from the brand for more than 25 years. Unfortunately, the kettle developed multiple enamel chips along the bottom edge during normal household use, despite not being dropped, banged, or misused. I contacted customer service, Santavia, provided photographs, and explained the issue in detail. Although Le Creuset offered a replacement as a one-time courtesy, the process required me to return the defective kettle first and potentially wait 7–10 business days after receipt before the replacement would be processed. I asked for a reasonable accommodation: either a prepaid return label and/or shipment of the replacement first so I would not be left without a kettle because of a product defect. Unfortunately, after sending follow-up emails asking for escalation and a fair resolution, I have received no response. That lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a premium brand whose products are marketed as durable and reliable. I have been a loyal Le Creuset customer for decades, but this experience has made me question both the quality of this kettle and the level of customer support behind it. A relatively new kettle should not chip under normal use, and customers should not have to send repeated emails without receiving a reply. I hope Le Creuset improves how it handles warranty concerns and follows through with customers when a product appears to be defective.
