Placed an order in November, paid for 2 day express shipping. Never received the item, no answer other than computer and hold at customer service number. Have emailed customer service multiple times. No product delivered and no response from Le Creuset to any of the inquiries. They do make good products, but their website seems more of a con than a business. Do not order from this website.

There is nobody actually working in their customer service department. Placed two separate orders four weeks ago. Sent an email 10 days ago inquiring when the orders would ship. NO RESPONSE. Called customer service and waited in the queue for 6 HOURS straight!!! When the recording told me I was number one in line I waited another 12 minutes and their service line dropped the call!!! Absurd.

I’ve been on the phone waiting for 3 hours and counting. I was caller # 23 at the beginning of this 3 hour call and have been caller # 9 for over an hour. They must have taken a lunch! I wish I had read their reviews before ordering. I hope I get my money back! Customer service sucks! I never had to wait this long for any call EVER! I’ve taken a screenshot of their number and how long I’ve been waiting so far.

Absolutely awful experience. Customer service is nonexistent. Placed my order on November 30th... received the order confirmation email that said they would let me know when it shipped. 2 weeks later I tried contacting them. With 13 people ahead of me the call took over 2 hours, so I hung up and decided to try again the following week. Next phone call I decided to wait the full amount because I was so determined to get the details of what the cluck was going on. HERE’s THE KICKER waited 2 hours and 45 min, a person finally answers, asks for my order #, places me on hold and then the phone call drops. After. 2 hours. And. 45. Minutes. I then emailed them and again... no response. My poor mother will have nothing to open for Christmas... thanks LEPOOP.

Like many others, I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Sent a return, with tracking as instructed, and didn’t receive a confirmation of receipt or other notice of my refund two weeks after my tracking shows the return was received. I called, and spent 46 minutes waiting to talk to someone. When I complained about how long I was on hold, no apology was offered. Upon them finally finding and not understanding why my return wasn’t processed, the agent assured me she was going to get the refund process started. Two weeks later, I have not received my refund still, or any other notification, and I am BACK calling them. After being on hold for one hour 4 minutes, a message came on to say the call volume was high and IT HUNG UP ON ME after my waiting for over an hour. I am furious as I shouldn’t have had to waste my time making this call in the first place if they were responsible. Will never purchase from this company again.

Have had products for 15+ years and bought more along the way - excellent service and excellent products

Can I put a negative number?? Never in my life again!! Paid for 2-day shipping for an item that was in stock, 9 days ago. Never got an email that it was shipped. Sent 4 emails and never got a response.

Am 21.11. habe ich eine Pfanne beanstandet, bei der sich die Antihaftbeschichtung abschält. Jetzt, 21.12. immer noch keine Reaktion vom Kundenservice. Die versprochene Garantie kann nicht eingelöst werden. Nie wieder Le Creuset!
