This is a review of Le Creuset itself, not the outlet store. I was given a set of Le Creuset fry pans some years ago (no receipt) and the smallest pan's non-stick coating began to flake off. I contacted Le Creuset, filled out their online form for warranty claims and submitted 2 pics. The most I expected was a possible discount on a new purchase but the company sent me a new pan at no charge. Great brand, great customer service. Thank you Le Creuset!

Le Creuset is amazing. On Friday the 25th I find a chip in the enamal on the inside bottom of my almost 12 year old dutch oven that comes with a lifetime guarantee - yeah, right? On Friday October 2nd I have a brand new dutch oven on my doorstep. I can't believe how amazing a company this is! I have multiple cast iron pots by Le Creuset and I use them all the time and just love them.

Nach vier Jahren Nutzung unseres Bräters hatten wir ein Problem mit der Emaillierung. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support wurde das Problem geklärt und uns wurde eine gute Lösung angeboten. Die Qualität von Le Creuset zeigt sich nicht nur in den Produkten, sondern auch im Kundenservice. :)

Der Kundenservice ist super Kundenorientiert. Es gab einen defekt und der Ersatz wurde sofort nach gesendet ohne wenn und aber. Gerne wieder.

Top Service, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Meine Erfahrung in diesem kleinen Shop auf der Breite Strasse in Köln war mehr als gut!!! Ich kann es nicht genug betonen. Ich habe einen Bräter reklamiert und direkt am selben Tag die Rückmeldung erhalten, dass ein Ersatz unterwegs ist. Das nennt man Kundenfreundlichkeit. Die zwei Mitarbeiterinen, die sich um den Fall gekümmert haben sind äuserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne.

On Monday, July 20, I emailed photos of my Heritage Rectangular Casserole after it unexpectedly cracked while my mom was cooking a roast. I received a prompt response letting me know the dish was covered under warranty and was asked to send my top three color choices for a replacement. After I replied with my color selections, I was quickly notified that my first-choice color would be shipped. To my surprise, the replacement arrived just one week later on Monday, July 27! The entire process was incredibly easy, professional, and hassle-free. Le Creuset stood behind their product without hesitation, communicated clearly every step of the way, and exceeded my expectations with the speed of the replacement. It's rare to find a company that provides customer service this exceptional.
