Fantastic service! The package was delivered within five days and the ordering process was very smooth. What I ordered met my expectations and looked exactly like the pictures. There were a few loose threads sticking out from the dress, but when I contacted customer service, I received a very kind response and compensation right away. Poor service for customers. Ordered a dress and paid excessive costs for shipping. Nearly 2 weeks later and the dress hasn’t even been shipped yet. Very disappointed with the lack of communication also. Refund has been requested for the premium shipping, if a dress isn’t in stock it also is worth telling the customer it’s a pre order item.

SCAM! Do not order from here! So many girls have relayed to me incurring the same incident. I ordered 2 weeks ago and after them absolutely adamant that the item was shipped it most definetly was not as I called the courier company directly and they confirmed. My item is still in the same tracking status and has not been handed over to the courier after paying an expensive express fee. Customer service is terrible and no help.
