I really wanted to love this clothing company, but unfortunately my experience has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased two dresses for my baby shower—same style, two different sizes—for nearly $600 total. They were estimated to arrive the week before my shower, but they didn't show up until the day after the event. Shipping delays happen, and I completely understand that, so I didn't even bother trying them on. Instead, I immediately requested a return and shipped both dresses back. LEAU received my return before the return window expired and confirmed received on May 23. Their customer service informed me that refunds to the original payment method take 7–10 business days to process. Here we are, six weeks later, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've followed up multiple times, and each time I've been told my case has been "escalated." Then this morning, instead of receiving the refund I've repeatedly requested, I was issued a gift card for the nearly $600 I spent. This is especially frustrating because their return policy clearly states that refunds to the original payment method are an option, and I even confirmed this before purchasing both dresses. At this point, it feels like I've been given the runaround for six weeks. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, the failure to honor the stated return policy, and being issued store credit instead of the refund I requested is extremely unprofessional. I expected much better customer service, especially for a company with products at this price.

Poor service for customers. Ordered a dress and paid excessive costs for shipping. Nearly 2 weeks later and the dress hasn’t even been shipped yet. Very disappointed with the lack of communication also. Refund has been requested for the premium shipping, if a dress isn’t in stock it also is worth telling the customer it’s a pre order item.

I am extremely unhappy with LEAU and their return policy. I should have gotten a refund or even an email when my return was processed, I was supposed to get a gift card apparently instead of a refund because I selected it in their “portal” which I hadn’t looked into even once which I was unaware of was the case or I would not have bought the dress to begin with. But there was not specifications about that and I was confused and unhappy. Requested a full refund because that was super misleading and unclear. Awful customer service, if you want a straightforward policy about returns, store credit etc. do not shop here online or be okay with just loosing money. Update: they still haven’t given me my money back. I feel pretty hopeless and truly can’t believe that a business that wants to be for women is making me have a perception of them like this. Not even able to use the store credit because the reason I returned a dress is because the sizing doesn’t even remotely work for me and my body. So just 250 dollars I just can’t get back. A really discouraging experience, very scammy and misleading return/store credit policy. Still wouldn’t shop here.

I ordered the black corset top in early December hoping to wear it for new year eve and I have gotten no notifications. I’m really hoping to get some sort of response because I am worried that it’s not coming. I shipped it to my boyfriend’s house but won’t be here much longer and am worried I will be gone when it gets delivered. Love the top and really hoping I get it so I can wear it!

I was so excited to order the mesh corset top on December 2nd because I’m such a fan of the design. The website stated that it would ship during the week of December 16th, but to my great disappointment, I haven’t received any updates since placing the order. I’m really hoping to wear this top on New Year’s Eve, and now I’m starting to worry it won’t arrive in time. This has been such a letdown, especially because I selected express shipping to ensure a timely delivery. I would love to hear from the team soon about when I can expect my order. This store doesn’t have their size accurate. I have order different items, and even though I am the same size, I always have to exchange for a size up or down and they always charge fees and they don’t make returns to your original payment method

Dress was way too small for a medium. Customer service was great.

Beautiful quality but sizing is way off for the bust. Wasn’t able to return because I used Afterpay. $100 wasted.
