Return Policy is a Scam
I have had the same refund issue as some of these other people. I bought a corset for my birthday, but then decided I wanted to go in a different direction for my outfit. The DAY that it was delivered to me I tried to refund, and it says that I am only elgible for a store credit due to there being a discount applied to my order. Mind you, this discount was PROMOTED by Leau and was only 10% off. As literally so many other people have said, it feels like this policy is purposely made to try to trap customer's money with the company. I understand final sale and heavily discounted items not being elgible for a return, but it is not right that a discount that was given by the company is not elgible for a refund. Also, this corset was over a $100 and I do not want to exchange. I was very excited when I found this website and was going to order more items in the future, but now I do not think I will be ordering from here again due to this situation. I want to support this business as it is founded and designed by a young woman, but policies like these make it hard. DO NOT BUY if you think there is even a slight chance you might want to return.
