LEAUReviews of leauclothing.com

Everything about LEAU is amazing. Their beautiful pieces that I can dress down and up for special occasions, and their customer service is exceptional. I would recommend this brand to my friends and family if they're looking for elegant dresses. I will definitely continue purchasing from them, and I can't wait for any new launches.

I bought a dress for my girlfriend and she looked so beautiful in it. The quality was great and it fit her perfectly. I also reached out to the team to ask for a shipping update, and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very nice company with great customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

Great quality dress!! Had to size up because of my bust (which sometimes happens) but the return process was extremely easy via Nordstrom!

I just ordered a dress here for my brothers wedding and I got so many compliments on it! It fits perfectly and is so flattering.

Amazing customer service from the Leau team! I needed help with a return and they responded quickly and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free. Really appreciate such friendly and efficient support — it definitely makes me want to continue supporting the brand! ⭐️

Do not order from these guys. SCAMMERS! The worst customer service I have ever received from any brand. 1. The package arrived split open and damaged after being 3 weeks late. 2. The fit and sizing is crazy like 3-4 sizes too big 3. Fabric and quality is horrible and cheap 4. Returns policy is misleading . Despite the above as I used a welcome 10% off code which you are encouraged to do on the website they will not refund .

The customer service team responded quickly and kindly on a prior purchase. Even though it had been a few months past, I was provided a quick response and couldn't be happier. It is such a great experience to reach out by email and have a personal followup within 24-48 hours. Thank you!

I ordered the LEAU Ramona dress and I’m obsessed! It fits like a glove; size charts are accurate. The dress arrived at a very reasonable time despite being on backorder. I haven’t encountered any issues while ordering. I recommend this brand to my friends and would definitely buy again!
