I’ve ordered from this brand twice. My first order arrived without any issues, but my second had some delays since it was a preorder. I reached out to customer service via email, and they responded quickly and politely. After contacting them, my package arrived the very next day. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would order again.

I’ve already ordered from Leau and I’m waiting a second package. My first experience was perfect. This second time i’ve got a mail telling me the review the order even though it didn’t arrive. I got scared but fortunately the customer service was fast and kind to reassure me,

Love this dress and LEAU! I had never ordered with them before, but was very happy with the experience. The sizes do run small, so I would size up. However, even with needing to make an exchange, the customer service and quality of the dress is great. I will definitely order again!

The corset is in high demand right now which may cause some shipping delays or longer processing time, but the EXCELLENT customer service made up for this! I haven’t received my order yet but they made sure to communicate with me and refund me for the shipping cost because I originally paid for fast shipping! Order #67051 I ordered a dress on 3/3 that stated this preorder item would be dispatched on the week of 3/3. It is 16 days later and there have been zero updates. The website now says orders will be dispatched the week of 3/10. Well that week has passed, as well and still no updates. ** and yes I see that the website states “ this is an estimate” but it is clearly misleading so the consumer will make a purchase and then get the runaround for weeks. This obviously is an issue because there are NUMEROUS other reviews that are the same as mine. One would believe with that many poor reviews, they would change their business practice. Not to mention, if you look on their instagram page they reply to people saying “orders will be dispatched this week!” This was in fact, last week…so clearly that is not truthful either. I have emailed customer service multiple times, as well. The last email I sent was 8 days ago. ** yes I understand your website says 24-72 business hours for a reply. 8 days is well within that time frame for an email response. I do find it comical that when someone posts on here they get a response same day, yet they can’t keep up with customer emails. It’s 16 days later, I have no dress and the event I purchased it for has passed. Do yourself a favor and do NOT give this company any business. I am hopeful they will eventually respond and refund my order, however I am fully anticipating some generic response from their customer service team. ***UPDATED REVIEW: I was contacted by the owner herself who was very understanding and apologized for the way this was handled. She listened to my grievances and assured me that these issues would be looked at in the future. I appreciate the fast response and feedback. I wish this happened sooner from a customer service perspective, but in the end my issue was resolved and I am happy with the outcome. **

I ordered a dress last week for my graduation this week. I already had a disaster happen with my first dress but this experience has made it worse. I paid for express shipping to have it here in time and I received it yesterday which was great. I opened the package and begin to inspect the dress and noticed a soiled stain on the back. The dress was perfect but it came dirty. And now I’m stuck dress-less. Worst experience ever. I spoke with a representative who was very helpful in the matter and a remedy was met. Customer satisfaction seems to be top priority . Thank you LEAU !

I ordered a black corset top maybe a month ago and I loved it so much I just bought the white version. I would say everything popular is usually on pre order so my black corset top took like a month to arrive. BUTTT ITS THE MOST SNATCHING THING EVER. I’ve never gotten more compliments before. Just be wary if it says pre order on the website it will take a while to arrive.
