In your original email to our team, you referred to your garment as “silk satin.” We clarified that the item was never advertised as silk. Silk is a natural fiber derived from silkworms, while satin refers to a weave or finish rather than the fiber itself. Satin can be made from several materials, and the fabric composition for our garments is listed on the product page under the fabric and fit details. For this reason, the claim of false advertising is incorrect, as this item has never been described or marketed as silk. We also do not use silk in our garments.
