The entire transaction, from purchase to delivery, was uneventful. The Leather expo people were very helpful and they provided me with sample swatches and good advice. I received progress reports every week and the sofa was delivered when promised. The delivery men were very courteous and, all in all, there were no problems. I would recommend this company to my friends and I would not hesitate to purchase anther product from them.

I was leary at first to order a sofa set online without seeing it first hand. It turned out that I was thankful that I gave Leather Furniture Expo a chance. The furniture is high quality leather and workmanship throughout. The process from the beginning to the end of construction was very much appreciated. Once a week, notices were sent via email about the stage of construction. There are so many styles to choose from, that it is hard to decide. The sales associates are quite knowledgeable and will help with any concerns or questions you may have; very professional. The delivery was just as professional and detailed about making sure you are happy. I will definitely order from them again, as well as my friends.

This was a great experience with Leather Furnitre Expo from start to finish. I was impressed with their level of commitment to the customer. The ordering process was smooth and the agent was very knowledgeable. They sent us sample of the leather which were an exact match of the leather couches we received. The quality of the couches excited our expectations. The delivery was on time and the guys set everything up with ease. They took all the wrapping materials and did not leave any mess. I would truly recommend this company to anyone. First class ordering, delivery and product and the price was better than anywhere we searched. Great job!!

I ordered a sofa the last week of January. Its the end of April now and I still have not received it. I called AGAIN today to check on where it could possibly be and was told that it will be at least a FEW MORE WEEKS. So now instead of waiting for 3 months, it will be 3 1/2 - 4 months. HOW?!?!? I could have made the sofa myself in 4 months. The only adjustment that has been offered is a $250 refund..... for a $2500 sofa that I have been waiting on for over THREE MONTHS. Such a huge inconvenience & irresponsible of the company to sell something they obviously have no business making. Waste of my time and money.

We are very sorry that your sofa was delayed. We always strive to get orders done in the time that we state online but sometimes there are circumstances that can delay an order. In your case when the sofa went through our final check it was determined that some of the leather was a different dye lot and did not match up. Instead of sending you a sofa that had different shades of leather, we reordered the leather to make your sofa so that it would be correct. Unfortunately this did add about 3 weeks to your order and we are very sorry. We did offer you a $250 discount on top of the $441.90 discount you already received. After you decided against waiting you were given a full refund that day. Again we are very sorry for the delay with your order but we always want to send out the best product we can make.

We were worried about ordering a sectional from pictures and comments online, but we did. We couldn't be happier so far (it's only been 2 months), the sectional is beautiful, comfortable, and well made. We included an air matress with the sleeper and it will be used very soon but looks great. Sam at Leather Expo was great also.

We ordered many samples from Leather Furniture Expo before selecting our color and leather. We chose Classic Sable - Grade 2000 for a Palliser sectional. We are very happy with the sofa, the delivery, the workmanship and the quality. The cushions are firmer than expected, but it is very comfortable for conversation and napping :-) We were nervous about ordering online, site unseen, but all in all it was a very good experience. It took about 8-10 weeks total from order to delivery.

Sales person was very patient and helpful. We ordered a sofa and loveseat. The furniture arrived in the quoted time span. The loveseat was fine but there were several problems with the sofa. The salesman and customer service worked with us to try and resolve it. When that did not work, they obtained a replacement for us.
