I like the ease of using lawpay. The two buttons to allow for cllient's putting their funds in trust or operating had to be eliminated because client's are not that savy. Wish you would make that easier for them. I also hate the reports that come. It is so hard to determine if I am paying for additional services that are not needed. Since they also come in so many different ways it is very difficult to understand. Work on getting better more unified reports with explanations. Thanks,

I wish you could pick a time when you schedule payments

The service is intuitive and makes payment processing very easy. I do like the analytics provided. The 2 complaints I have are the monthly statements mailed are in an extremely small font type that it is hard to read. Additionally, as a solo practitioner, every dollar matters and I wish the fees were less. However, I do recommend LawPay to my colleagues.

Very happy with this service. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes for the payment to go into your bank account.

I love LawPay. It is fairly easy to navigate and it keeps excellent records of accounts receivable/payable. I wish that there were two separate tabs for Trust Account and General Account that I could click on in the client's record that would take me directly to the trust or general account where I could receive or make payments from. Being "forced" to select one or the other before you begin any transaction would help keep things straight.

Overall, love the convenience of the software. The downfall is how hard it is for our clients to use. We have had more than our share of declined cards because of the wrong address or other glitches. We have one client who can't use the software on his browser. I never wait on hold when I call in and I appreciate that. We over look the short comings because we love the convenience.
