Quick and convenient, LawPay is a great way for our clients to make quick online payments with hardly any trouble, We are very pleased with the service.

LawPay overall has been good, BUT our BIG concern is that deposits to our trust account are not individualized. Since they are remitted by you to us a few days after the charge is paid by the client, we have a hard time being sure which of your automatic deposits represents which clients' payments. It would save us a lot of time and uncertainty if the deposits were separated to match the individual payments received. IT'S A BIG TIME DRAIN to figure them out when reconciling bank statements with remittances. If there is a solution to this, please let me know.

Great product, easy to use Set up and training were relatively seamless. The forms (operating account and trust account) are easy to use and send out. Multiple layers of staff use it effectively, which has increased turnaround time on accounts receivables and aided in old collections.

LawPay is great for accepting credit card payments for retainers. The service works flawlessly and I'm a big fan. However, I have two issues that I'd love to see addressed: 1) I receive tons of statements in the mail from AFFINIPAY. This is pretty much the only snail mail in my life and I'd love to receive these statements via email instead. 2) There's very little transparency into the fee I pay per client payment. I understand that there is some way to figure this information out via some third party website and the paper statements (or something like that), but this is critical information and should be made easily available. I would rate LawPay 5 stars if they were able to process ACH payments.

Great company, very helpful, no down town. Just sometimes when you call after 6, agents are busy and you get vm or office is closed when its supposed to be open till 7pm. Only happened 1x. Other than that, the best on the market.
