Does what it is supposed to do with no issues. Activated scheduled transactions feature and noticed recently over 40% of my credit card transactions in last 60 days were scheduled. That's money / clients I might not have otherwise had.

Of all the vendors I work with as an Office Manager, LawPay is the most helpful and least painstaking. I've never experienced an issue with submitting payment, nor have any of the firm's clients. The service is user friendly and works reliably, and customer support is always accessible - what more could a law firm administrator ask for? Whenever I've had a question or concern, a LawPay representative has always been able to help. Not only do representatives listen and respond to questions, but they also try to fully understand the issue and provide as much helpful information as possible. I'm especially impressed and appreciative of how quickly and efficiently I can get an answer over the phone. I'm never placed on hold or transferred to someone else (it would be understandable if a rep didn't know an answer and needed to find it or transfer me to someone else, but it's great that everyone is knowledgeable enough to help any issue I might call with). While I would highly recommend LawPay, the one thing that would improve our experience as a firm would be a way to store credit card information for cards that haven't yet been charged to be charged later. We do a lot of phone consultations and like to be able to tell our clients that we won't charge their cards until their consultations are complete. So, they send us a form with their credit card information, and we then input it into LawPay it after the consultation. It would be more convenient if they could input that information via a LawPay link, and then an Administrator could sign in to charge the card later. Perhaps LawPay could create a separate link/online form to provide credit card information to authorize a future charge? Ideally the link/form would also check for the validity of the credit card information and prevent incorrect information from being submitted.
