LawPay is good and simple to use. I also like the CLE webinars. Unfortunately, the pricing is a little high

The program is easy to use and both the ACH and Quickpay links have helped with generating income more timely. I would rate 5 stars if you also had a way to generate an invoice that could be mailed for the clients who do not have email or if you could integrate your program with a company where invoicing and aging accounts were compatible with LawPay.

Excellent product. One improvement would be being able to print the invoices/quickbills via pdf and have format options.

LawPay is mostly seamless and beneficial to efficient billing. The bank fee charge could be improved. The fee is charged to the bank account a week or more before the bill is received by regular mail. That statement should be received earlier and preferably by email. Also, the lag between bill payment by customers and recording in the bank account is 4 days or longer. That float is too long. The above two events also complicate accurate record-keeping.

Works great - easy to use.

Mostly great. I use it to obtain credit card payments through my website which is helpful in getting paid. The downside is there are more fees charged than originally thought and it also takes 3-4 days for the money to hit my account. Also the billing statements are sub-par for understanding what exactly is going on.

Easy to operate and the system quickly processes the transfers. The only suggestion is to have a breakdown of who made which payments on the bank statements for easier reconciliation.
