Customer service has been great

Great for lawyers but will also work well for non lawyers. Convenient. I love the "quick bills" option as it allows a client to enter his or her credit card information online and it remains private -- I only receive the payment confirmation not the account number. I also like the option to set up scheduled payments that will be automatically billed to their credit card every week, month, third week, etc. You can also tell the system to stop billing when a total of x amount of dollars has been billed.

Their system is wonderful and if you ever need any help their always available and they always provide us with a very professional service!!
