Last year, I applied to Laurel Road and was denied. I reviewed my experience and my extreme dissatisfaction due to the fact it appeared through the process I was bot fairly considered. Whether this was accurate or not, I must admit that I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email stating that my status as a potential applicant was now favorable. I cannot state enough how pleased I was with my second application experience. The process, as well as Laurel Ross's customer service, was excellent. They were clear in their explanations, patient and helpful with my concerns as well as my questions and, ultimately, I always felt that I was being treated with the utmost respect.
