What I appreciated the most about their process was how easy it was to ask questions. Knowledgeable people are available through chat and they seem to be able to grasp and answer even strange situations. Some of their requests made me think twice, however because of the availability of chat, I was able to sort out what documents were actually necessary. Don't hesitate to ask about anything in the application.

Very easy application and approval process. I was approved very quickly and so far, everything has been handled promptly and correctly. Getting this loan helped me to pay off a long-standing loan with unrealistic payments. I’m grateful for Laurel Road.

Amazing customer service, fast easy payments, user friendly website. Every phone call I've made to fix a problem or ask a question is resolved in 20 min if that. I would be on the phone for hours with my old loan providers, so that alone is insanely refreshing. The payments are taken out instantly and on the actual due dates which is awesome. My old loan providers would take out the loan days before the payment date and it wouldn't finish "processing" until days after, leaving me with a bunch of money in limbo. So far, my experience has been amazing and am very very pleased i made the switch and chose to refinance through Laurel Road.

I was able to get a preliminary interest rate simple enough with no hard pull on my credit report, and the rate was lower than larger refinance companies. The application process was easy and I loved the incentives. I am promoting Laurel to everyone I know looking to refinance.

Way too difficult and difficult to get guidance on applying. My wife and I went through an entire application process and submitted EVERYTHING requested and then were TURNED DOWN because my wife was listed as the primary loan requester and I was listed as the co-signer since there was no way to do a joint application and we were told that I needed to be the primary loan requester and my wife should be the co-signer only because the Parent Plus loans WE were refinancing were in MY name. Total crap and we had to start the entire process all over again and resubmit everything because you all cannot figure it out. Extremely frustrating and time wasting. It would be difficult for me to recommend Laurel Road just for the fact you can't figure simple stuff like this out........probably just all computers running everything.

Awesome chat support. Instant answers. Amazing!

Process was easy and straight to the point.

The staff were helpful and the application process was simple. I searched for a lender who would allow ME as the parent to refinance my son,s private loans at a better rate. This was the best option
