The process was really organized and glad I was able to switch to Laurel Road. I came across it through the APTA and did some research and decided I needed to make a switch because of my high interest rate and dissatisfied with another company I was using at the time. I had a decision within a week and glad to have a better company for my student loans now, thank you!

i called to have my ama discount applied to my account this was done what they didn’t tell me was that they were removing my $300 bonus through white coat investor.com once this was realized i called and had them reapply the wci bonus and discontinue the ama discount. I was told it was done. Then was mailed a $200 bonus check. I called about the confusion and then was told that $100 bonus check will be mailed to me which I still have not received.

Although - it felt like a long drawn out process, I appreciated it. Laurel Road explored every option during the application process to not write me off like other refraining companies during the first steps (even I felt I don't have as much debt as most post graduates or students) with the application and co-signers applications.
