Didn't extend overdraft protection

I was not able to start bill pay. I was not able to link up my RBFCU Credit Union account for future mortgage payments.

We are currently using Laurel Road to finance a house we are buying, and Laurel road has been a nightmare to deal with. Our loan manager is not the least bit responsive, we waited 5 days to get an email response from her at one point. When we try to call, usually nobody answers. We have deadlines set in our purchase contracts that we are constantly stressed we will not meet, and its due entirely to Laurel Road not having things ready. We were told we would have underwriter approval 3 days ago at the latest, and we are still waiting. They have yet to give us a reason why. We have to have it by tomorrow to avoid breaching the contract and potentially losing the house and our earnest money. On top of their terrible communication and execution, their website malfunctions often. There have been numerous times when we upload requested documents only for it to give us an error, and we just have to try again later. Laurel Road has been a source of extreme stress and headache through this process, and I cannot recommend them.

I really wanted to like this option for refinancing student loans, but it took over 3 weeks for any progress and every time I called, I was told it would be "another 5-7 business days".

I've had the WORST experience with Laurel Road. They entered my loan amount wrong and charged me twice the amount I was supposed to be charged. After this happened, I've spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to fix the issue that has now been going on for almost 5 months. They are so slow to respond and tell you everything is fixed when it's not. This has been an awful headache for me that will not go away.

While the loan rates are very good compared to other loaning companies, the process of refinancing my student loan was rather painful. The online application was long and arduous, the length of time it took to get this loan approved was surprisingly long, and the instructions after loan approval was ambiguous. It even took me 5 tries at different times to set up automatic payments! Also, this loaning company also required a credit check while others did not, and it was not widely advertised that there are referral bonuses (a friend had referred me but neither of us realized that there were referral incentives until too late). All in all, not the best experience I've had.

i called to have my ama discount applied to my account this was done what they didn’t tell me was that they were removing my $300 bonus through white coat investor.com once this was realized i called and had them reapply the wci bonus and discontinue the ama discount. I was told it was done. Then was mailed a $200 bonus check. I called about the confusion and then was told that $100 bonus check will be mailed to me which I still have not received.
