Cheap hinges sagging door not happy will never buy another larson door!!!!

I ordered a replacement part on August 1, and as of August 24 it still has not shipped. Customer service has repeatedly told me there is a large backlog, but they cannot provide any estimated ship date. What is especially frustrating is that they acknowledged some replacement-part orders are running almost two months behind. The part I need is apparently in stock, but they still cannot tell me where my order sits in the queue, what order dates they are currently processing, or even give a rough timeframe. I understand that companies can experience unexpected demand and delays. What I find unacceptable is the complete lack of visibility or meaningful communication. Every response has essentially been, “It will ship when they get to it.” They did offer to cancel and refund the order, but I actually need the replacement part. Customers should be given a reasonable idea of how long they will be waiting before placing or continuing an order. Very disappointing experience so far.

My door came looking like crap and not what was in the store.... Their solution was for "me" to paint and fix it myself. Complete BS. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing.

Trying to connect with customer service. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then a recording came on and said, Please give us your telephone number. Will call you back in 15 minutes. They called me by the time I pulled my telephone out of my. Pocket, they had hung up. Did it again. Another 15 minutes, I have to wait for someone to come on. This time they didn't even give me. the option of a callback.

Terrible quality, Terrible instructions, no handle and they still send junk China hardware. Phillips head screws.Really! Can't even talk to a human. Wow!

I been waiting 2 months for my replacement screen Wasn't told it be 4 weeks then I been calling and they said it's on back order I keep calling still saying it's on back order this bussiness should go out of BUSSINESS

Ever since we had the door installed there was nothing but problems setting the plunger for the slow clothes feature. Took almost 3 hours for the installer to get it to close at just the right speed and then the next day back to slamming constantly. There is no way that this company doesn’t know this is a bad product when I went online you could see people that tried to install a new plunger and get seriously injured because of the way it is set up on the door in the frame. This is the worst door I’ve ever seen in my entire life and I have my house for over 30 years this company is just trash and they don’t know when to pull a product because it’s just not worth repairing it’s just scrap metal now.

If you need any replacement parts, get ready to wait! I can't believe they are still in business. Must charge enough up front that they don't have to keep customers happy. I would NEVER buy a Larson door again!
