We but the most expensive Larson door it was a beautiful one. Lasted 7 months before screen part broke Called retail store Lowe’s told them it was broken they would do nothing to help but give me Larson number. They only would send a replacement part said it was fixable so we got it hired someone to fix and in one week it was broken in the same way called again customer service couldn’t believe it broke so I requested a new told them it had to be a defect They sending another replacement part part for us to fix again I called warranty department and waiting on wether they gonna send new door or not smh door is gorgeous not dependable

We ordered a doggie door from Larson because you can’t just buy a doggie door and install it. Both of our storm doors are Larson. It cost over $200. We ordered it the second week in August. It’s now October. Still, no doggie door. They’re slow, their customer service is worthless and the fact that we still haven’t gotten it, hey it’s not their fault!

Very Poor quality parts in handle. Absurdly overpriced to replace. Parts appear designed with rapid planned obsolescence. Sorry to see a formerly good quality product in such deterioration

Larson handle mechanisms are absolute garbage. Internal mechanisms are made of cheap metal, and they will break way more often than they should. Then when you call for a replacement, the parts are almost as much as a new door. STAY AWAY FROM LARSON and go a different direction.

500$ storm door, hidden closure failed within a few years - and the company forces you to pay $50 for a little screw and plastic piece and wait, up to 14 days to get it. They don’t offer these kits for retail anywhere, forcing you to buy from them and spend $50 for a few tiny pieces that FAIL. They clearly know this is an issue. Never buying a Larson door again.

I ordered a replacement part on August 1, and as of August 24 it still has not shipped. Customer service has repeatedly told me there is a large backlog, but they cannot provide any estimated ship date. What is especially frustrating is that they acknowledged some replacement-part orders are running almost two months behind. The part I need is apparently in stock, but they still cannot tell me where my order sits in the queue, what order dates they are currently processing, or even give a rough timeframe. I understand that companies can experience unexpected demand and delays. What I find unacceptable is the complete lack of visibility or meaningful communication. Every response has essentially been, “It will ship when they get to it.” They did offer to cancel and refund the order, but I actually need the replacement part. Customers should be given a reasonable idea of how long they will be waiting before placing or continuing an order. Very disappointing experience so far.
