Contributed on Oct 28th 2019. Still no delivery. My order is still stuck somewhere between HK Post and France. I have a tracking number mentioning that “Sender is preparing for posting” since Jan 14th (!!) and still no informations. I really wonder if those glasses will really be delivered and am about to ask for a refund thru Indiegogo. Can you give some kind of information about my order at least ? I backed your project on Indiegogo more than four months ago. Regards

It is very surprising that they are asking to write here with giving a small chance of winning free glasses. I don't know what they expect considering their service. It's normal to wait for two months without any notice or further instruction after backing up through Indiegogo. Later I opened a claim to ask, and they guided me to a survey which is mandatory to start whole process, which means I was just waiting for nothing. you need to be annoying to be treated well. Apparently they have a facebook group, but you cannot find it if you are not a person who is curious about everything and search random things on facebook. Since I replied to the survey, hopefully they started to make it and send it too me soon. However, it's been another two months since I filled it in. In addition, there were writing Paris, France in their location on Indiegogo, while apparently they are sending it from Hongkong. Let's see how custom and taxation goes. They said it will be fine(?), but I also found a complaint comment about quite a lot of VAT imposed. ---------update-------- I am giving two more stars considering the glasses are in good quality I must say. However, I got the product one month after this rating, which means it took more than 5 month. It was early 2020, which was probably beginning and busy time for the company, so if you can get confirmation of the delivery date, it can be a good deal. I got an email that the company appealed to remove my comment according to a proper procedure, and that's why I update this. I hope the company goes well and gives pleasant experience to customers.

Very happy with my lance glasses. Just ordered 2 more. Hope they come as perfect as the first one. Can’t wait.

Haven’t had any problems at all with my orders. And the glasses are great!

I am very happy with my Lance glasses. I've backed Lance Glasses in both Campaigns, for me and my family I got 5 so far. The Lenses are excellent. Better as expected. Unfortunately the time frame isn't like promised. But if the lenses aren't urgent Lance Glasses are a very good choice.

My original review below. An update. I did finally get my glasses and I loved them. So much so that I went on to order a second pair that I also loved and have now ordered a third pair. =============================== I have no idea whether the glasses are good or bad as I have never received mine. My original order was sent omitting my post code in May, unfortunately they consequently went to the wrong address. Lance received my order back in June, attempted redelivery still to the wrong address in October - there was no explanation as to why it took from June to October. The October delivery still with no postcode went to the same wrong address and Lance received my glasses back in November. I have now received an order cancelled but Lance have kept my money and are not returning any emails despite contacting both their logistics lead (Bianca) and their CEO (Karim). There is a dishonesty to this company in their dealings and no matter how good the glasses are I would suggest that you avoid.
