I'm very happy with my glasses. I'm also glad with the customer service (my first pair was broken after 2 months and they replaced them with a new pair in less than a month). In first campaign it took a while to get them but in the second was on time, with a delay of 2 weeks, not bad I think. Just waiting for the new collection.

Purchased glasses from both Kickstarter campaigns. Stylish and smart. An issue with one pair was agreed and dealt with immediately.

Sure it took alittle time, but the hausmann & eiffel frames with Rx & transition lenses are fantastic...nothing but positive comments while in Chicago and new York. Ernie

Great glasses! Small issues with customer service but for an emerging brand, it can be expected. All in all, I would buy again.

I like their glasses and in fact went back to them and purchased another pair. For those whiners out there I can only say that when you back a crowdsourced campaign you must expect delivery delays. If you want something quick and assured go to LensCrafters and be done with it. I like the frames, like the designs and that is that.
