Not much to say, I guess I’m one of the lucky ones who waited and eventually received my pairs. With that said both my wife and I really really enjoy our glasses and have even been given compliments, which for me is strange since I’m not accustomed to it.

I felt I was taking a real chance ordering these frames and lens online but I was impressed by the styles offered. I wasn't disappointed and these are some of my favorite pair ever. Craftsmanship on both the lens and frames are deluxe and I couldn't be happier with my order. Takes some time to get them but well worth the wait.

The product i.e. the glasses itself are top notch. I’ve been using prescription glasses for nearly 25 years and Lance Glasses have been one of the best. The communication is not so good. I’ve contacted them through emails and facebook messenger. Never received any reply! That stopped me from ordering Lance 2.0.

This review is for your last campaign. I backed your campaign and was extremely excited about receiving my glasses. There were updates given which was nice, and finally the glasses were shipped. It took a very very long time for me to receive my glasses, often emailing to find out the eta/ tracking and would often not receive a response. The day actually came that they finally arrived and to my surprise the size/ diameter of the glasses were a lot larger than I expected. I used their website, uploading a pic to determine the style, size and fit and made my choice, but when I received the glasses again they were not what I thought I was purchasing. I immediately contacted Lance to see what my options were and they first said that the glasses I received was what I ordered, though I was given the wrong impression from the pic I uploaded. After going back and forth they finally decided to send me another replacement pair and once I received the new pair I would send them back the original pair. I waited over 6-7 months before I received shipping info, only after emailing 10-12 times. The tracking showed the final location but I received nothing, so I emailed them again and they said that the final postal service refused the package, and they would have to resend. In total it was 1.5 From beginning to end and still did not receive my glasses. This is very sad, since it looks like you make a great product, but obviously customer service is where your products lacks. Maybe one day someone on your team may come across my emails and feel that they want to make it right to one of your original backers. Thanks, Nic.

Desde Latinoamérica puedo decir que los lentes de Lance son magníficos en calidad y precio, las tiendas locales te cobran un ojo de la cara por tener los FADE y los lentes de sol que ordené, he participado en las dos campañas de Kickstarter y siempre buscan mejorar la calidad y el servicio al cliente. Totalmente recomendados.
