I ordered 3 washable rugs from Lahome. All where beautiful, soft rugs but unfortunately we had an issue with one of the rugs about a month after use. At first I was just going to deal with it as is but I reported this to Lahome after having had the rug for 3 months. They promptly offered a brand new rug as a replacement even after this amount of time had passed in reporting the problem. I am very happy with the prompt resolution and great customer service. I definitely recommend this company that stands by it's products.

I did not have high hopes for the rug at such a low price point but I was shocked at how nice it is! The colors are exactly as pictured, low pile, soft, non slip. I haven’t washed it yet so hopefully it holds up when we get to that point

They won’t even let me START a return. I’m well within the return window and my rug is unopened. I’ve been going back and forth with them for a week and they won’t even send me a return address. I’ve heard many people have similar problems with their returns. Please do not buy from Lahome - they have extremely poor business practices. They will scam you out of money.

I ordered a rug for my daughters room excited that it is machine washable and was pleased with the softness of the rug, did get a rug pad separately for underneath because it is thin like other washable rugs. The design is more of a printed design that does appear a bit different up close than it appears online. I’ve been in contact with customer service and they have been pleasant and reasonable though I do think they should clarify that despite shipping being free, return shipping would fall on the purchaser and that due to it coming from china the costs would be significant.

I ordered a rug that I fell in love with from the online pictures. When it arrived, it was nothing more than a pad whose construction resembled a SPONGE material, with the “design” PRINTED onto the surface! It is HORRIBLE construction, which is nothing like any rug I’ve ever imagined, and very very low quality. What’s more, their customer service wasn’t happy to hear I wanted to return it. They seem to have a game in place designed to not let you return the product, but instead accept a tiny percentage of what you paid, so that they keep most of the money, and you keep the shitty product they sent. They offered to refund me 20% of what I paid, and said I can keep the rug. Not acceptable, I said I’d like to return it and receive full price I’d paid. They replied, oh you don’t want to return it bc you’d pay at least half the cost of rug in shipping it back to us, so how about we refund you 25%? Ugh, the return “process” is impossible, the Chinese definitely do not have an ethical business set up to serve customers. Idk what the final outcome will be but it seems to me they’re going to keep giving me the runaround until at some point they’ll say, oops, you have waited too long, the return window has now passed, sorry! My advice is AVOID THIS COMPANY!
