Good customer service and fast processing

Lahome offers beautiful rug patterns and I tried a few different sizes. There are 2 dogs in the home, so I love that these are washable and will be easier to maintain and switch out as needed. I had a great experience with customer service who helped me navigate a return option that worked well.

The rug was good for the price, the colors were just slightly different from what I had pictured in real life and did not match what I needed exactly. They did give me a partial refund instead of a return due to higher shipping costs and allowed me to keep the product. Customer service was friendly and prompt.

I purchased the 8x10 Vintage Sand Beige washable rug for my bedroom. Customer service question was answered promptly. The shipping and delivery were quick. The carpet layed flat even after it stayed packaged and folded in my home after delivery for nearly 1 week. The carpet is more luxurious than I expected. The photos on the website are accurate and the colors of the rug are exactly as described and compliments my wall color. It’s soft to the touch, vacuums well and has elevated my home decor! My husband didn’t want the rug in our mudroom. We live in the country so he’s dirty coming in. I ended up using it in a bedroom, the rug is very soft, has a nice backing. The company provided me with good service. And the design is beautiful!

Amazing Customer Service Order a beautiful rug but it was not delivered . Contacted Customer Service and instructed me To do a few Things to look for rug and was unable to find. They are sending me a new rug and I am so excited. Can’t wait to order more Rugs.
