Great Prices. After a week, hadn't heard anything about shipment. Queried them as to when delivery would occur. Received a rapid reply and shipment arrived in 2 days. If I didn't feel compelled to prompt them about delivery in the first place, rating would have been 5 stars.

These are very nice wooden plant stands. I purchased two of them for displaying art statues. You have to assemble them with 4 screw in legs to the top shelf and then 4 screws attaching a center shelf. The only problem with them was that several of the leg screws were screwed into the legs so far, that there was not enough screw sticking from the legs to screw into the top shelf. I was about to send them back, when I tried some vice grips and found I could unscrew the screws some from out of the legs. This worked fine and I was able to finish the assembly. These are not extremely sturdy stands, but nice looking and work great for my purposes.

i ordered a bed which was delivered in perfect packaging only to find out that one of the items was covered with fungus i then contacted flatfair about the situation, they have been be trying to contact the manufacturer for days and dont have any instructions on what can be done, its been more that a week, seems like they do not enforce any QA on their merchants before the product is delivered to the customers. very bad customer service , stay away from this merchant
