KURU FootwearReviews of kurufootwear.com

I have arthritis and plantar fasciitis in my feet and was searching for comfortable sandals that didn't look orthopedic. I found Kuru with a google search and fell in love with the sandals. I now have two styles, a pair of boots, and two sneakers. I had an issue with the trim of one pair of sandals coming loose, and was so happy that Kuru stood by their word and their product and covered the replacement cost of the sandal. The shoes make my feet happy, and the customer service and ease of return/exchange makes me even happier.

I had a problem with a return and contacted Customer Service. When the representative got back to me, she was efficient and caring (the latter of which is so rare in this day and age). Sometimes life-affirming acts come from the most unexpected places!! So I am now a customer for life - and will tell all my friends about this extraordinary company as well. Thank you!

I tried to order slippers and used visa, fill in info and sent. It took me to another website and it had another visa info page to fill in ,and was a different name. Was suspicious and used PayPal.this time the recipient was a different name but I went ahead.a day later PayPal sends me a notice that they added 10$ to the invoice..after sending probably 8 emails to kuru with no response and seeing on they’re site my order says processing I contacted PayPal and I got my money back.paypal gets 5 stars, kuru gets negative 5.kuru footwear reached out to me,and we established that I had ordered from what I thought was the Canadian site and verified that it is indeed a scam site and they are working on getting it removed.its a lesson for me as the site looks perfect and many companies have a separate website..thankfully I used PayPal when I got suspicious.the real company gave me the attention I expect from a good company.

i ordered a pair of shoes but changed my mind but i did not have the actual invoice. The representative was extremely helpful and i was issued a refund and the return slip very quickly. will definitely shop again from Kuru

This was my first purchase with Kuru but it won't be my last. While the fit of the Current sandal I purchased wasn't right, the Guru Sadie I got when I called was wonderful. She quickly arranged for an exchange with a different sandal and I never had to give her any information, she just had it based on my phone number. Great service keep it up and thank you so much Sadie.

I have been dealing with a few foot issues and found this company. They have the BEST customer service and even though the shoes did not work for my foot width, they were so helpful in my returns. Great company!

I had a question about my order while it was still in transit. The guru who took my call was very friendly and helpful in explaining the issue, which turned out to be a non-issue. Great service!

He was great! He helped me, directed me, and guided me through the whole process.
