We’re really sorry this was your experience. We completely understand why you’d be disappointed after purchasing the ATOM Waterproof specifically for wet conditions and then ending up with soaked socks and feet after wearing them in heavy Florida rain. The ATOM Waterproof is designed to be waterproof, so water leaking through the shoe itself should not be happening. One thing to keep in mind with heavy rain and puddles is that water can potentially enter over the ankle collar, which isn’t designed to prevent water from coming in over the top. Because the ATOM Waterproof has a waterproof lining, rather than the breathable mesh found in some of our other styles, water that enters this way can also have a difficult time evaporating throughout the day. That said, if water is getting into the shoes anywhere other than over the ankle collar, the shoes may have a defect, and we absolutely want to make that right. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough information in your review for me to locate your account. I’ve requested additional information through Trustpilot, and if you update that information, I can personally look into your order. You can also submit a warranty request through our website or send photos of the shoes to our GURU team at [email protected]. If there is a defect causing the shoes to leak, we’ll get a replacement taken care of for you.

We’re a small company, and we restock seasonally based on the resources we have available. That isn’t a strategy, it's just us doing our best to keep stock while also trying to predict growth, which can be a difficult science. We know how frustrating it is to find a shoe you love and then not be able to get it when you need it. The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our newsletter, and you can also visit the shoe you’re interested in and click “Notify Me” to receive a restock notification. We’re also sorry that Amazon delivery doesn’t work well for you. At this time, Amazon is the best delivery option for our company, but in some cases we can arrange another carrier. If you place your order by phone, let your GURU know you’d prefer a different delivery option and they can see what may be available. We’ll also be happy to pass your feedback along. As for your concern about longevity, we weren’t able to look into your specific purchase because there was no name or contact information included with the review. If you experienced a defect, our warranty covers defects for six months, and you can submit a warranty request through our website so our team can review it and potentially replace the shoes.
