Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I am really sorry to hear how disappointing this change has been for you. It is completely understandable to feel frustrated when a shoe that previously helped with your plantar fasciitis no longer feels comfortable, especially after being a long-time Quantum wearer. Toe pressure and new calluses are not the experience we want for you, and I hear how painful and discouraging that has been. While design updates can sometimes change how a style fits, your comfort should always come first, and we truly do not want you to feel like you have to walk away from us because one style is not working anymore. We have dozens of other styles, and there is a good chance we can help you find something that better matches your needs with our new 91-day return window. We completely understand how frustrating it is to be told your order is “out for delivery” and then suddenly see a delay update right after. Anyone would be disappointed in that moment, especially when you’ve been looking forward to your shoes. Shipping delays can happen for a wide variety of reasons once a package is in transit such as weather, high mail volume, routing issues, or even something as simple as a vehicle or personal delay with the delivery driver. While we do ship with Amazon Shipping, this can occur with any carrier, and a delayed package is not the same as a lost one. Unfortunately, reaching out to the carrier during a short delay doesn’t speed things up, as they aren’t able to locate and pull an individual package for immediate delivery while it’s moving through their network. Most delayed packages do arrive within 1 to 2 days of the original delivery date. If tracking shows no movement for 5 to 7 days, that’s when we would consider the package lost and step in to send a replacement. So it isn’t that we won’t do anything. It’s that we don’t want to send out a second pair while the original still shows as on the way to you. I’d be more than happy to personally keep an eye on your tracking and follow it through to delivery so that if it does become a lost package, we can get a replacement sent out right away. At the moment, we only have your first name listed on your review.
