I had purchased my first pair of KURUs and I love them, however recently I was getting a hole in the top (near the big toe) and you could see through it, my purchase was under warranty still since they were only 4 months old and it was a very easy process for them to make it right and replace the damaged pair.

My shoes were great, however one pair was too wide so needed to return. When asked how to proceed they were fast with a response. Every online company should be this easy to deal with. I’ll be buying more shoes from Kuru.

I accidentally ordered a men’s size 8 instead of a women’s, and after I emailed (very confused as to why my shoes were too big), they wrote back explaining SO nicely what had happened, and even offering to exchange them… after I’d already worn these boats for 3 weeks!

Answered this in previous screen. Emily was fantastic listener and problem solver. She was able to work with me to figure out solution to try next. She offered solutions for other types of shoes as well. Great Job KURU for hiring Emily!

They arrived on the day that I needed them, just as I was about to leave my home. Customer service was quick in resolving my issue. And the shoes are really great. My heels are pain free. Being that I rely on reviews for a lot of my purchases, I can honestly say, I made the best decision for going with Kuru.
